When I try to change my name to open MSN Explorer I get this error

message: " I'm sorry but you cannot change your nickname at this

time." Does anyone know why this happens? Thanks

This is a Windows XP - specific newsgroup.

Why don't you ask your MSN question in one of the MSN newsgroups,

where the MSN gurus hang out?

NANB,

 

If you cannot change your nickname then it's either that someone else has it

already or the MSN service is unavailable

 

Your best bet is to ask MSN directly
