is it? Does it actually store some (or all) of my data files? If yes, how do

I access them? I lost one yesterday (an outlook folder) and I would like to

restore it?

The Windows Backup Utility stores exactly what you asked it

to store. Your question implies that you do not know what you're

backing up. It is absolutely essential to perform a test recover

once every so often. If you don't then you find yourself in the

situation of many a poster in this newsgroup, complaining bitterly

that "I backed up my PC regularly and now I cannot retrieve any

files when I have to."
