SLOW to shut down

I have windows Xp sp2 and my computer work OK, But when can shut down i wait

30 Min to do these..

In some cases it's due to a service or application failing to close properly

or in a timely fashion. One step is to download/install a Microsoft add-on

service (User Profile Hive Cleanup).
