Guest zuke Posted September 19, 2007 Posted September 19, 2007 Hi, I think I used to be able to find in the registry the following: \HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\MICROSOFT\WINDOWS\RUN Where I could disable any programs that run at boot. It seems to have changed. Now I cannot find it. Perhaps I forgot where it is. Can anyonw tell me where this settging is in the registry? Thanks, Zuke

Get the free program "Autoruns" which will list all programs that run, where they're located, and allow you to disable them. <http://www.microsoft.com/technet/sysinternals/SystemInformation/Autoruns.mspx> HTH, John
