If the first one opens it does that make other uses read only in XP? Sorry, didn't know where to post this. Thank you for any help.

Can users write over e First user that opens it , has read and write privledges, next user has read only if opened at the same time, you can change this within application. Can users write overeach other? Try the Office group, but anyway the first one to open gets to edit, the others get forced to "read-only".
