A working printer keeps going offline

We have a networked Brother printer that can be accessed and printed

to by anyone and everything except via the terminal server. It says

offline and when we try to bring it online it says Operation could not

be completed.

 

All other printers are just fine, and the web interface to the printer

says everything is goow. Help!

 

Please. It's the owners printer.

How did you install the printer on the TS?

 

Is it being auto-created or did you install it locally on the TS?

 

Which printer driver are you using? Is the printer driver

compatible with TS?

 

Which model Brother printer is this?
