I keep getting a pop-up that states: "MSN Messenger: A newser version

is available. You must install it to continue. Would you like to do

this now?"

How do I turn this off? I'd prefer not to install it. Thanks

Re: Update message

If not using MSN Messenger, go to control panel ---add/remove programs---on

left side, add remove components remove x from messenger.

Re: Update message

To continue using MSN/Windows Live Messenger, you'll need to upgrade. If

you don't wish to do so, uninstall it.
