Guest Jason Posted September 20, 2007 Posted September 20, 2007 My desktop search has stopped indexing email in Outlook about a week ago. At the same time Business Contact Manager was not accessible. I'm running Office 2007 and Windows XP. I uninstalled Desktop Search and tried to reinstalled. The install failed and gave me a lengthy log file that is not clear on why the install did not occur. Now in Outlook, when i try to search I get the index is not complete, which is the same problem I have prior to uninstalling it. How do I clear out Desktop Search, so that I can get a clean install and index? -- Jason
