Lost all sound - Help!!!

Hello,

 

I have recently lost all the sound on my laptop and can't seem to find anyway of fixing it. My laptop is a Toshiba Equium M50, I think there may be something wrong with the sound driver/device becasuse I just ran dxdiag and looked in the sound tab and the device and drivers were both empty!! Any help would be appreciated!!!

Hello and Welcome to FPCH Duck. :)

 

It might be the sound drivers as you suspect so please redownload the driver from here and install it. Next, reboot the computer. Are you able to hear anything now?
