Guest Winner Posted September 24, 2007 Posted September 24, 2007 Hi there, I'm running Windows XP Professional (SP2) and am having trouble with a wireless mouse. All of the help topics I look at refer me to my 'Bluetooth Device' icon in Control Panel, but I dont actually have a Bluetooth Device icon! Anybody know why, and how I get it?? Thanks

Initially you could try: Start>Run bthprops.cpl That's (cpL) not (i). Also, You could try Right-click My Computer>Manage>Services and Applications>Double click Services>Bluetooth Support Services>Start the Service. Right-click Bluetooth Support Services again>Properties>In the general tab, select automatic for Startup Type
