Guest sammys Posted September 25, 2007 Posted September 25, 2007 There is a Server 2003 SP1 server running SQL Server 2005 SP1. The directory C:\Windows\PCHealth\Errorrep\QSignoff\ has grown to 1.9GB. The files inside are .txt and .cab files. I imagine that it is OK to delete the files, but I wanted to check with everyone to make sure that you haven't experience anything detrimental from doing so. Thanks, S
Guest Johan Strange Posted September 25, 2007 Posted September 25, 2007 RE: 1.9GB Directory Hi, As I understand it you can delete these files without causing any issues, however maybe you should rename the Dir, for testing, to be sure. http://msdn2.microsoft.com/en-US/library/bb219076.aspx -- Johan Strange _______________________________ MCSE, MCSA + Messaging, CompA+ Logic42 Computer Solutions - The answer to everything "sammys" wrote: > There is a Server 2003 SP1 server running SQL Server 2005 SP1. Guest Joshua Bolton Posted September 25, 2007 Posted September 25, 2007 RE: 1.9GB Directory Anything that has "pchealth" in it and has 1.98 gig of errors would make me want to find out why
