Using Office 2007 And 2010

i am currently using Office 2007 on both my home and work computer. I am thinking about upgrading to Office 2010 on my home computer but my work computer will still have Office 2007. I mainly use Outlook and Word, and was wondering if there will be a problem with compatibility between the two versions of Office.i

I have one related question. I have Outlook reading from a local PST file that I take back and forth on a flash drive. Will there be any problem in both programs using the same PST file?

The first time you load it it might convert the format to 2010. If it does it might not work in 2007 again.
