This problem is happening on a Windows 7 professional client in a domain. The Windows 7 machine is set up to use a shared fax on a 2003 SBS machine.

- When I open Windows Fax & Scan everything in the inbox can bee seen, down at the bottom is says "Refreshing" and 100 items, 200 items, 300 items, etc until it hits 1096 items, at that point the inbox goes blank.

- Other XP clients can see the inbox, and the local inbox on the server itself works too.

- I am able to view the outbox and sent items just fine from Windows 7.

- I can also send faxes from the Windows 7 machine.

It sound to me like you are hitting some kind of limit in Windows 7 and the way you have it configured to connect.

There is only one way to connect as far as I know, there really isn't many options as far as configuration goes.
