OK John, what is the exact extension of the file you want to open. It will be the last three or four letters of the filename after the dot. Please let us know that as soon as possible.

PCL software

Goku, Hi,

The email in question has been deleted from my computer and from my grandaughter's. It said .PCL or .2PCL. I'm not exactly sure which. If the info is too vague, don'y worry. The situation has passed. I just don't like to be beaten by a box of electronics, (still don't) but you've spent enough time on my trivial problem. Thank you very much. :) And thank you to everyone else who have tried to help. CHEERS

John.

Ok John well you know where we are if any missiles of the foulest description hit the revolving apparatus in the future. :)
