Backup files older than 3 years

Hi everyone,

On my fileserver I would like to take all files with last modified dates

exceeding 3 years and back them up (or move them to a folder called archive).

After the files are backed up (or moved to the archive folder) I would like

to system to delete the files in question.

Does Win2K3 have this service or do I need to purchase an application?

Thank you,

D

One way is to script it. Also, what backup system do you use? It may

have the capability of executing pre and post processing commands.

Both robocopy.exe (Windows Resource Kit) and xxcopy.exe

(downloadable) can do this.
