Volume Shadow Service doesn't seem to be making backups

Recommended Posts

Hello,

I am running VS on my Windows 2003 R2 SP2 file server. I see the service

is running and started automatically. When I look at the volume properties

and go to the VS it says scheduled every day but most have no record of any

VS or just one or two runs. They have plenty of space configured for VS so

I'm not sure why I don't see any history.

Thanks

I tried to start SQLAgent$MS_ADMT

SQLAgent is not allowed to run.
