I have win 7 retail 32 bit installed and have a DVD of 64bit, can I upgrade to 64bit CPU and format and use 64bit OS with no problems with licence. I also have windows 7 pro upgrade activation code although I do not use it. Also will ther be any problems

with my office 2007 - also installed on my laptop as this is a OEM. Thank you .
