Hi, i have just received a phone call from someone saying they where from Windows IT Department (with a strong Indian acccent) and that my computer was sending Malicous software reports, he then started to instruct me on how to sort my computer, i asked for his phone number all gave was (01736) so i could call him back and he just hung up, if this is a fake call my concern is that he knew my Surname ????
