Windows is always installing the same updates, why??

When I close the computer, there are always 2 sometimes three updates. I have just checked the update history and I see the following :

 

 

 

Security Update for Microsoft .NET Framework 4 on XP, Server 2003, Vista, Windows 7, Server 2008 x86 (KB2604121)

 

Installation date: ‎17/‎05/‎2012 4:07 PM

 

Installation status: Successful

 

Update type: Important

 

 

This, plus several other " .NET Framework updates are forever being repeated (Plus other updates) I would like to add an attchment to this email showing a screen shot but cannot . .

 

 

What can I do to stop this??
