Query: I have receiving phones calls from "Windows tech support" indicating that they have been receiving error messages from my computer. They want to correct the problem. Is this the manner in which Windows support operates????

 

Suspiciously, when I ask them to provide a phone number that I can call them back they are reluctant to share...
