Disk drive and SATA port's. Does it matter what port?

Evening all, I've been using this WHS for several years but in the move I had to dismantle the server and now I'm faced with putting it back together. My notes are gone as to which drive went to which on-board SATA port. Any clue if WHS

is going to have a stroke when I fire it back up?
