My first attempt at installing Office 2010 was interrupted. I cancelled the installation. I made sure Microsoft updates were installed(I'm using Windows 7) and then restarted the computer. When I put the disk in, it begins to run the "bootstrap" and

begins to prepare files for setup but then an error message, "Setup has stopped working" appears, followed by "A problem occured casuing the program to stop working." I tried the "Fixit" function on the Microsoft site, which removed the rgstrtn.lck file. I

restarted again and still no joy.

I'm not very technically savvy and need this installed soon. Please help!
