Please HELP, I change the towers on my desk top and there seens to be no microsoft nor windowsxp on the damm

 

thing let alone no internet so Im tryin to get that done to, My main thing is to get the xp and microsoft issues fixed. Can any

one help me with this, Im not very good on computers ,Its still pretty forgien to me so if u could be explaining like u are

 

talking to a 3rd grader Id be very HELPFUL..THANK-U
