Please can anyone help me with Windows Update Error 800B0100 Security Update for Windows 7 (KB265884

Hello!

 

I have Windows 7, 32bit and all has been running well until recently.

 

I keep getting the Error 800B0100 stating windows update has failed. The security Update for windows (KB2658846) I have tried the System Update Readiness Tool, also the Automatic Troubleshoot. I am using the Avast Antivirus.

 

Please can you help? My laptop keeps crashing on me.
