AM TRYING TO UNSTALL "M S E" HOWEVER IT HAS BEEN RUNING TO THIRT MINUTES, WHAT CAN I DO ???

AM TRYING TO UNSTALL "M S E" BECAUSE THE DIRECTIONS I RECEIVE AM UNABLE TO FOLLOW DUE TO THE CONFGUATION OF PROGRAMS MENU. I HIT "RUN" AND I DON'T RECEIVE A SPACE FOR TYPING. UPON GETTING "M S E" REMOVED, AM HOPING TO REINSTALL THE PROGRAM.. HAVE TRIED

ALLL INSTRUCTIONS / SUGGESTIONS WITH NO AVAIL.
