when making a major changes to your computer you are directed to call a customer support person in India or some where else I always have a hard time understanding what the person on the other end of the phone is saying or they talk extremely fast, well

to make a long story short I get very up tight and frustrated.

My hope is that there might be a way to re activate the software in another way perhaps by text? i'll be recieving my new parts in a couple of days from now.
