I am running Windows XP Professional 32 bit I would like to find out how to make the ctrl alt delete button display a picture instead of being blank. What are the steps to make this happen.__

I would like to find out how to display a picture in the button at the ctrl alt del logon screen. currently it is blank and would like to display a picture. What are the steps?
