Android só carrega após conexão com USB

Teno um celular Android Eyo (chines) Ao conectá-lo à porta USB, o mesmo só fica carregando, apesar de constar na pasta de Dispositivos e impressoras.

Gostaria de transferir videos, músicas, etc e não consigo por êsse motivo. Qume poderia me orientar? Ficaria muito grato.
