Need permision to delete a folder?

I'm trying to delete a folder from my c: drive called battle.net (Diablo 3). However when I right click on it to try and delete it, it says I need permission todo so. I'm using Vista Home premium 64 bit. I've noticed that the only folders that give me the option to run as administrator andperform deletes are marked with the microsoft symbol. How do I get permission to delete the non-MS folder?Den
