How can I get rid of something called Slow PC Fighter? Won't work through add/remove programs! Using

I have tried to remove it using add/remove programs, but there is no add/remove in it. Just has usage. I am using xp pro version 2002. Anitvir and or MS security essentails tell me to remove it first before I can download either one.
