Smart Fortress 2012 is the last entry in my Start ,Programs but no indication of it running.

It points to C:documents and settingsAllusersApplication Data529C535700015A8000006477D151FC4E

I have had Microsoft Security Essentials installed for 6-9 months now.

What is the best course of action at this point?
