windows xp Windows security antivirus, windows xp

I have a antispyware program installed that im paying for but when i go to microsoft security, it says that no antivirus software detected, why wont it detect my antivrus software i have sure antispyware professional, it checks for spyware,malware,viruses,trojans,worms,adware

etc...im running windows xp 32 bit and i also had a ballon pop up and said my firwall was off and its on and when i used microsoft fixit center it said it cant make windowss firewall my default firewall? would appreciate any help with these issues....
