having problem updating security

I am getting a message "Files required to use windows update are no longer regestered or installed on computer, and when it trys to install and register it goes back to the beginning. I also get a error message when I start up my computer RPS.exe unable

to locate componate AntiFR.dll was not found. I think I may have deleted MC Shield from my taskmanager, my computer is running very slow and my internet security suite from verizon wont activate. so I dont think I have any security on my computer at all.Please

help is there a program that can scan and fix my issues?
