Original title: installed sp3 the parameter is incorrect.

prompt command shows this message after installation-the parameter is incorrect about 8 times. file appears in the windows folder. but does not appear in add and remove programs. system is windows xp home edition sp3. prior to this problem i deleted what

i thought were cloned files i think i deleted some important stuff----help
