Forgot My Windows 7 Administrator Password

Ok, this is really dumb, but my boyfriend and I broke up, I changed passwords on all accounts on my Windows 7 and I forgot the new password(all the same) except my son's and his account is limited. Can you please help me? I have learned my lesson! I can't

do any Admin. work. I can access my email, Facebook through my son's account.
