how can I prevent my TomTom navigation screen from opening when I turn my computer on

My TomTom navigation program opens full screen on my desktop everytime I turn my computer on. How do O prevent this from happening/?. I removed the icon from my start up screen. That doesn't do it. Info on the help site tells me how to remove it from my

taskbar(toolbar) but says that I will remove the program from my computer by following those steps. Not what I want to do.
