Hello,

 

Well, I am not a computer wiz, so sorry if this is poorly formulated....

 

Long story short, from one day to the other one, the sound quality on my laptop is coming in very poor quality (can barely understand). The strange thing is that it is only happening for sounds coming from the internet (i.e, Youtube, CNBC... etc), the sound

quality is just fine when playing music from DVD or music CD. I also tested the speakers in the troubleshooting and you can record your voice and play it back and again comes just fine. So again, only from sounds streamed from the internet?
