windows vista My new ID is not excepted so I have a hard time geting around because I have everything blocked.

I've been asking ?????? for a month and don't get anywhere. I changed my Address and it is not accepted even for opening the start. .This will not go through either. My new one is*** Email address is removed for privacy *** or @ mail.com. ...Help is needed.
