windows xp my windows hp is not detecting a ethernet controller/driver what should i do ?

i was recently deleting things of off my desktop computer from under the add or remove programs section and i think i acidently deleted the drivers for my ethernet controller, i think , and now when iever i access the internet or attempt to it say that

its not detecting any wired or wireless internet cards ..... please help me im in college and i really need my computer working , if it wasnt for my cell phone i wouldnt even be able to send this , thanks again and i trully appreciate your help.
