windows xp I have tried numerous times to load service pack IV and cannot.

I am running XP professional with service pack 3 installed. I usually use the automatic download feature. I have tries numerous times to down load Service Pack 4 and cannot. Any suggestions on downloading Service Pack 4? View this thread
