Windows 8 - Remopte Server Administartion Tools installes (KB2693643) wont install

Hi

 

I'm running a fresh install of windows 8 (x86) and I'm trying to install the RSAT but after the install RSAT doesn't appear in "Turn Windows features on or off" and doesn't show as installed in "Uninstall or change a program" or "Uninstall an update"

 

The install looks like it’s working fine until I press "Ï accept" and the install finishes in about 3 seconds.

 

I have tried extracting and installing it manually through CMD but still im having no luck. (pkgmgr /ip /m:Windows6.2-KB2693643-x86.xml)

 

Any help would be appreciated.
