is microsoft security essentials and windows defender enough for my deskstop computer or shall i install norton internet security?

i mainly use my pc for loads of games from steam and windows live pc games and the odd banking (ie9 private browsing). i use ccleaner to cleanup after (not the regisrty, nothing ticked) and just basically going around yahoo, yahoo answers, microsft answers

basic reading. everything else is done on my laptop.
