I keep getting this message as it wants to do an update and cannot. I cannot fix it. Have had it fot 12 months. I did have Office 2010 on my computer went back to 2007 and this is an update for 2010. I have gone throuugh so many files on my computer trying

to find a 2010 office file and cannot. Could some please help as I nearly pulling my hair out.
