KB2729450 loads but the Update Icon is still in the System Tray, etc. XP Home Edition, SP3.

 

A Belarc Advisor scan shows the file (KB 2729450) unprotected with this message: (An Unlocked Lock) "Marks a security hotFix that fails verification (a security vulnerability)"

 

I have uninstalled KB 2729450 and, upon shut down I click on "Do not install update". Yea, the Icon is still there!

 

What's the fix?
