windows xp Windows cannot find C:\Docume~1\owner\Locals~1Temp\{57991~1.exe

When I start my computer I get a message saying that " Windows cannot find the file C:Docume~1ownerLocals~1Temp{57991~1.exe. " After I click ok I get another message saying Windows cannot open .... This started a few days ago after I installed aMcAfee

antivirus program. Even if I could find this file I don't want to touch the registry. If I just ignore the message will it cause any problems? (From similar questions on this site it seems to be malware). Also my antivirus software keeps telling me, incorrectly,

that my subscription is about to expire and if I want to stop the annoying pop up about the "expiry" date I should uninstall, then reinstall the McAfee software.

Any suggestions on how to fix this? Would uninstalling then reinstalling the anti virus software help?
