windows update more information links don't work

I clicked more information on a windows update- it tried to take me to winqual for the info but was redirected to a page with the following info - Winqual has moved! Looking for more information on drivers? Click here. Our new home is sysdev.microsoft.com,which

you can find at the Dashboard tab on the Hardware and Desktop areas of the Windows Dev Center. At the Hardware and Desktop Dashboard, you can continue to: Certify your hardware and desktop apps for Windows Distribute drivers by using Windows Update

Get reports about your products Submit metadata for your device or system Use the remote debugging tool Please update your bookmarks. ---- there is no info on the update I was looking at and I cannot update the "more information" link embedded

into windows update.
