E' possibile ripristinare il mio creative zen v (video) 4gb utilizzando windows 7 o 8? Ora è in recovery mode (dopo aver effettuato un "Clean up", ho cancellato il fimware e formattato il disco, il device rileva una capacità di 3,8 gb circa per cui le

"operazioni" hanno funzionato)

Mentre il computer rileva il device (anche se solo con una capacità di 31 mb!!) ma non permette nè il download del firmware nè altra "operazione".

Help please
