Facebook link to spyware?

Hi,

My friend recently sent me a link saying that i had to log in and help her out in a competition.

This is this link.

However, it made me log in even though i was already logged in. And when i did, i found no page to a competition. I find this suspicious?

Also i noticed it said "facebook5" in the link. Is this normal?

Please help!!

P.S I have changed my password. If this was a spyware of some sort would that help?If not, what else would I have to do?
