Will system restore get rid of PWS:Win32/zbot?

Four days ago my daughter was doing her homework and downloaded a picture. Immediatly MSE detected PWS:Win32/zbot, quarantined it and told me to re-start my computer in order to apply the actions. However every time I re-started the computer the virus

reappeared so I decided to do a system restore and re set the computer to a previous date. After doing this the virus is not showing, although mse history is showing that it was quarantined several times. I have run the microsoft security scanner and the

virus is not showing, but has it really gone? I have changed all my passwords to my online accounts using another computer. I am now unsure if it is safe to access these accounts from this computer.
