While using computer, a window opened to notify me of infections (over 30). Could not remove unless I subscribed to a certain software, this I finally did. Credit card was billed $69.95 USD to "nefedovmal.com HITCHIN GBR". Received a license key # but

no anti virus files linked to "nefedovmal" show up in my computer. "nefedovmal.com" support does not return my e-mails. Any help is appreciated.
